These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pa67 ("pa67", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the pa67 platform accessible at https://pa67.cam and any associated mobile interfaces, applications or services operated under the pa67 brand.
By accessing pa67, registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise engaging with any feature of the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must cease using pa67 immediately.
pa67 is an English-language online casino and sports betting information platform designed for Pakistani users. It covers cricket betting markets, PSL and ICC tournament wagering, live casino games, slots, table games and associated entertainment content. pa67 does not claim authorisation from any Pakistani governmental body, including but not limited to the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), or the State Bank of Pakistan. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for ascertaining and complying with applicable local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any provincial legislation in force in their jurisdiction.

Access to pa67 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on pa67. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, device identifiers or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid contact number. Providing false or misleading information at the time of registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
pa67 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to submit supporting identity documents — such as a valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), passport, or utility bill — before deposits, withdrawals or certain platform features are approved. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. pa67 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard login details. You must notify pa67 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised account access.
By using pa67, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:
All bets placed through pa67 are subject to the specific rules published by the Operator for the relevant sport, market or casino game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail in relation to that particular bet or game.
Cricket markets — including Pakistan bilateral series, ICC tournament matches (World Cup, Champions Trophy, T20 World Cup), and PSL franchise fixtures — are among the primary betting categories on pa67. Bet settlement is determined by the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the International Cricket Council or Pakistan Cricket Board). In the event of match abandonment, rain interruption, or Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method application, settlement rules as published by the Operator at the time of bet placement shall apply.
Odds displayed on pa67 are indicative and subject to change prior to bet confirmation. pa67 does not guarantee the availability of any specific market or the continuation of live odds for any fixture. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or withdraw markets without prior notice, including during live events.
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: clear pricing errors, data feed failures, incomplete fixtures, or where the Operator determines that the integrity of a market has been compromised. Void bets result in the return of the original stake; no additional compensation is payable.
pa67 may, at its discretion, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions and other incentives to eligible Users. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which form an integral part of these Terms where applicable.
Bonus Funds are not immediately withdrawable. Before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed, you must complete the applicable Wagering Requirement — typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., PKR 10,000 bonus with a 30× requirement means PKR 300,000 must be wagered). Specific multipliers are published with each promotion and may vary.
Not all games contribute equally towards Wagering Requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games or certain sports markets may contribute a lower percentage (e.g., 10%–20%) or not at all. The contribution schedule is published in the relevant promotion terms.
pa67 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Activities that constitute abuse include: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed profit (arbitrage), and withdrawing before meeting requirements. Detected abuse will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.
All financial transactions on pa67 are processed through the Operator's cashier system. pa67 references familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual guidance only. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to Operator configuration and may change without notice. These references do not imply endorsement, affiliation or partnership with any named payment provider.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the Operator and displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. pa67 does not process deposits directly. Deposited funds are held in accordance with the Operator's account-segregation policy. PKR figures displayed are illustrative; actual amounts are subject to exchange rates and cashier configuration.
Withdrawal requests are subject to: completion of applicable KYC verification, clearance of any outstanding Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds, and Operator-imposed processing timeframes (typically 24–72 hours for electronic methods, though actual times may vary). Withdrawals will only be processed to payment instruments previously used for deposits, subject to the Operator's AML policy.
Where your account is denominated in PKR, the Operator's applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction will apply for any currency conversion. pa67 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees imposed by third-party payment processors.
pa67 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and provides a range of tools to help Users maintain control of their gambling activity. These include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options.
If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, you are encouraged to make use of these tools immediately. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once active, prevent access to all gambling features for the duration of the exclusion period. Early reinstatement of a self-exclusion is not permitted within the mandatory cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, republish, scrape, frame, distribute, sell or create derivative works from any Content without prior written consent from pa67.
The pa67 name, logo and associated brand marks are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks — including in domain names, social media handles or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pa67, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation is not permitted by law.
pa67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination, all Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings are immediately forfeited. Any verified real-money balance remaining in a closed Account will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of outstanding KYC checks and applicable AML clearance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its primary gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through pa67's internal complaints procedure, as detailed on the Platform.
Nothing in this clause is intended to exclude or limit any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction that cannot be contractually excluded. Pakistani users are reminded that local gambling legislation — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may impose obligations and restrictions that are separate from and additional to these Terms.
pa67 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — such as modifications to eligibility criteria, withdrawal conditions or responsible gambling obligations — Users will be notified via a prominent Platform announcement or direct communication to the registered email address on file.
Your continued use of pa67 following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document under "Last Updated".
